All rooms are based on double occupancy. There is a $50 charge for an additional person per night in the Mariner room.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be guaranteed with a $35 cancellation fee as long as the room is resold.
If you cancel with less than 14 days notice and we are unable to rebook the room and you will forfeit your advanced payment.
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to holiday weekends and peak season dates.
Check-in time is between 3pm and 5:30 pm. Special arrangements must be made for late arriving guests.
Check out time is no later than 11am.
A 50% advanced payment is required for all reservations. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Traveler’s Checks are gladly accepted.
Prices do not include 9% ME Room Tax.
For your comfort and safety, there is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building.
Each room includes a single parking space.

The pool is open from 9am to 7pm. (Beach and pool towels are available for guests.)
A full breakfast is served daily from 8:30am to 10:00am.
The Inn is suitable for children 12 and over.
The Innkeeper has a small dog, Coco. She is not allowed in the guest rooms and stays in the owners quarters.
