All rooms are based on double occupancy. There is a $50 charge for an additional person per night. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be guaranteed with a $25 cancellation fee as long as the room is resold. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to holiday weekends and peak season dates. Check-in time is between 2pm and 5:30 pm. Special arrangements must be made for late arriving guests. Check out time is no later than 11am. A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Traveler’s Checks are gladly accepted. Prices do not include 7% ME Room Tax. For your comfort and safety, there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. Each room includes a single parking space. Sorry, no pets allowed. The pool is open from 9am to 8pm. Beach and pool towels are available for guests. A full breakfast is served daily from 8:30am to 10:00am. The Inn is suitable for children 12 and over. The Innkeepers have a small dog "Snickers" on the premises. All Rates are in US Dollars. CCTV & Wireless Internet in all rooms. All rates are subject to change without notice.
