MAINE
TURNPIKE - FROM THE NORTH TO HOLIDAY GUEST HOUSE
Take
Maine Turnpike south to Exit 19 in Wells. Take a left turn onto Route
9/Sanford Road immediately after toll booth at exit. Proceed 0.4
miles and then take a right on to Chapel Rd. Follow Chapel Road to
its end where it intersects with U.S. Route 1 (approximately 1.2 miles).
Take a right onto U.S. Route 1 and drive 2.7 miles. We will be on the right
hand side of the road. Look for our sign (see photo on home page).
MAINE
TURNPIKE - FROM THE SOUTH TO HOLIDAY GUEST HOUSE
Take
Maine Turnpike north to Exit 7 in York. Bear right after taking Exit
7 and travel 0.4 miles until you reach U.S. Route 1. At the traffic
light, take a left on to U.S. Route 1 and drive 9.2 miles. We will
be on the left hand side of the road. Look for our sign (see photo
on home page).
Alternatively,
you may also use our "FROM THE NORTH" driving directions if you wish to
exit in Wells rather than in York, Maine. Traffic on U.S. Route 1
can be heavy during the summer months and you may wish to avoid traffic
by taking the Maine Turnpike directly to Wells, Maine.
