William Rich and Michael Fowler maintain and care for the Holiday Guest House Bed & Breakfast with a respect and devotion to its tradition and place in history, and are proud and eager to share its beauty and charm with others.

Both William (Bill) & Michael grew up in Massachusettes, Bill being from Chelmsford and Michael from Andover.  Bill went to The University of Massachusettes for hotel/restaurant management.  After college he bought, rehabbed and sold properties in the greater Boston area for the next twenty-five years.  Along with managing the Bed & Breakfast he also owns and manages thier real estate together with Michael.   

Michael was an executive for several banks over a twenty-two year period.   He now operates the Bed & Breakfast with Bill along with managing thier properties also.  

They love the area and have been vacationing here for the past thirty years.  They decided to put thier knowledge together and thus restarted the Holiday Guest House  Bed & Breakfast in 2006.  

Every guest is treated like family, and staying at the Holiday Guest House B&B is a truly unique experience; because you feel like you are taken back in time to an old relative’s house, where relaxation and good company were guaranteed.
